SPUTNIK! You are the second admin of the site! I will just edit your group. So your the new boss! Well accutaly I am but... 
EDIT: Sputnik, You are now a admin. Congraulations! No banning people for fun, buttttt...... I will give you permission to change peoples names. Now to edit the site you scroll to the bottom of the page then click administrator panel. Then you figure the rest out yourself
